Anthony these lyrics say so much about our feelings when you were born.
I Knew I Loved You Lyrics
Artist(Band):Savage Garden
Maybe it's intuition But some things you just don't question Like in your eyesI see my future in an instantAnd there it goesI think I've found my best friendI know that it might sound more than a little crazyBut I believeI knew I loved you before I met youI think I dreamed you into lifeI knew I loved you before I met youI have been waiting all my lifeThere's just no rhyme or reasonOnly this sense of completionAnd in your eyesI see the missing piecesI'm searching forI think I've found my way homeI know that it might sound more than a little crazyBut I believeI knew I loved you before I met youI think I dreamed you into lifeI knew I loved you before I met youI have been waiting all my lifeA thousand angels dance around youI am complete now that I've found youI knew I loved you before I met youI think I dreamed you into lifeI knew I loved you before I met youI have been waiting all my life

Anthony's letter
I wanted this letter for Anthony's baby book, but dad said no.
Dear Gray Anthony Cobb II,
You were our first born and we had waited a long time to have you. We were already married 7 years and couldn’t wait until we could welcome a baby of our own into this world. God sent us you and you couldn’t be more perfect! I cried when I heard your heart beating for the first time at the ultrasound, what a miracle it is to see that. I promised right then and there that I wouldn’t complain about being pregnant once, because this would be the only time that I would be able to aid god in a miracle. When we found out we were having a boy dad said, “I always wanted a little boy to play cars with” I was also very happy thinking about the bond boys have with their moms.
You came on your due date. They started inducing in the morning and you were born at 8:30 p.m. We were so excited to meet you. It was only your father and I in the delivery room. We wanted it to be special time for the three of us. We had so many people out in the waiting room and when they entered the room they were also in awe of you. You were quite precious! You were quiet and loved the heating lamps while they cleaned you up. You got a 9.9 out of 10 for the newborn test, the nurses said nobody could get a 10 because we lived in Colorado and the altitude was too high. We were very thankful for the test results because your health because that was the most important thing to us. I just held you tight and couldn’t put you down. We brought you home and it felt so surreal to have such a beautiful baby in our home. We cared for you so well! You had soothing music at night while you slept, and a heater going while we gave you a bath. But most of all you had so much love from your father and I. Here are five virtues that we would love you to live by in your life,
(1) Respectful yourself and others
(2)Empathy for others
(3)Responsibility for you own actions
(4)Self-reliance.
(5)Make good choices

Avabelle's Letter
I wanted this letter for Ava's baby book, but dad said no.
Dear Avabelle Gray Cobb,
First of all we loved your name when we heard it. Actually dad liked Avabelle and I liked Avabella. We found it from a name website and REALLY loved the meaning Avabelle means beautiful breath of life. Wow! That hit home for us we thought this is what our baby girl is going to be. It really fits your personality well because that is who you are to us. Your middle name is dad and brothers first name. Gray is a family name that we thought sounded pretty with your name. We loved how you would be able to be Ava, Belle, or Avabelle. I don’t know why dad named you Avabelle because he always calls you Avacakes J. It is a very sweet nickname for such a sweet and delightful girl. You slept with us until you were 7 months because you always liked to cuddle and that’s moms favorite thing to do. You slept on the outside of the bed so dad wouldn’t roll on you. I never slept well, but I loved having you in my arms. You have an amazing smile and personality. I see people smile when they see you. You light up a room when you’re in it because you are so full of life. I hope you always keep that magic that you possess inside because it is an amazing gift. You were here two days before your due date because we wanted Dr. Romy Mason to deliver you because she delivered your brother and she’s an amazing person and doctor. She wasn’t on call the whole next week so your were induced two days early. You were dad’s birthday present early because your birthday is May 10th and his is the 14th. I was so excited to have a baby girl. I would dress you as if you were my doll everyday, and you would always smile and let me. My favorite thing about you being a baby was how you loved me to hold you. You lived in the baby carrier until you could walk you loved seeing every new thing you could. I would tell dad you liked being held because you were super smart and your brain needed to be stimulated. He didn’t care you’re his baby girl and he thinks you’re the cat’s meow. Mom and brother think your pretty special too. Here are five virtues that we would love you to live by in your life,
Respectful yourself and others
Empathy for others
Responsibility for you own actions
Self-reliance.

Avabelle's Baby Song
Avabelle this song was perfect for you when you were born. Especially the part about you being made from love. We love you very much! Love, Mom and Dad
"Isn't She Lovely"
By: Stevie Wonder
Isn't she lovely Isn't she wonderful Isn't she precious Less than one minute old I never thought through love we'd be Making one as lovely as she But isn't she lovely made from love Isn't she pretty Truly the angel's best Boy, I'm so happy We have been heaven blessed I can't believe what God has done Through us he's given life to one But isn't she lovely made from love Isn't she lovely Life and love are the same Life is Aisha The meaning of her name Londie, it could have not been done Without you who conceived the one That's so very lovely made from love

Siblings Poem
I found this poem and found it to be very touching.
Siblings
As Kids, We Lived Together We Fought, We Laughed, We Cried We Did Not Always Show The Love That We Both Feel Inside We Shared Our Dreams And Plans And Some Secrets Too All The Memories We Share Is What Bonds Me Now To You We Grew To Find We Have A Love That Is Very Strong Today It's A Love Shared By Our Family That Will Never Fade Away You Are My Sibling Not By Choice But By Nature Of Our Birth I Could Not Have Chosen A Better One You Are The Best On Earth!

Halloween 2008
We started off at 8:30 in the morning Mom, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse we first went to see Grandma Bath at work then Grandmother and Papo in South Denver back to Grandma Rita and Papa Tom and Papa Bath. Finally stopped back at home and picked up dad and then went to Grandpa Rudy's. Well it was finally 5:30 and time to go Trick-or-Treating. We started off at Aunt Trish and Uncle Jerrods neighborhood in Hyland Greens. We went to about 13 houses in their neighborhood then it was home for us. We were really impressed about how many kids were out and about we grabbed the wagon and went up the main street in our Lake Arbor neighborhood. The kids loved Halloween Ava was sooooooooooooo cute she wouldn't let go of her pumpkin full of candy. I would ask her Ava would you like me to hold your pumpkin and she would scream. Her pumpkin weighed more than she did but she wouldn't let go of it. I was holding her and I told her she was an adorable Minnie Mouse, she told me "Anthony Mickey Mouse, Ava Minnie Mouse." I was so amazed at this because of how young she is to grasp this and actually speak about it. Anthony was so adorable in his Mickey Mouse costume he was pretty happy with his costume and he was happy that his sister was Minnie Mouse. Everytime Ava would see Anthony is his costume she would want hers on. Anthony wore his costume shopping when I first gave it to him. Every house we would go to he would say Trick or Treat please and after they would give him candy he would say "Thank you very much" then Ava would add Happy Halloween bye bye.

"Oh My Mama Loves Me"
Before Anthony was born I loved the song "Love Me Like a Rock" by Paul Simon. I used to think to myself I couldn't wait to sing this to my little boy when he's born. Well Tony put it on a birthday CD he made for me this last year. I would listen to this song often in the car and one day Anthony said "Hey mom could you play that song again the mama loves me song." I couldn't play it again quick enough. My heart just melted when he was in his carseat singing this song. He would sing it really loud "My mama loves me she loves me she loves me like a rock." He probably just liked the song but I thought it was a very big deal him singing it 50 times. I felt like he sang it to me everytime.

ABCD...
Avabelle sings the abc's so beautifully you can say a letter in the middle of the alphabet and she'll pick up the next set of letters. She started singing them at 13 months but can really sing them a lot more clearly now. I especially love how she sways back and forth when she sings them. She is such a bright and beautiful girl.

Anthony
Anthony is my first born and an incredibly loving boy. Wow we wanted him so much before he came. When he got here I felt like a mother bear not wanting anyone to touch my baby. He was such a huge baby weighing 8lbs 1oz. He made my heart melt when he was a baby and still does until this very day. There is something about your first born that makes them extra special. Also the love between a mother and son cannot be replicated. I remember bringing him home from the hospital and playing the song "I knew I loved you" by Savage Garden and crying the whole way through it. It was so true when it said I think I dreamed you into life. Anthony was such a laid back healthy baby. He was always in the 90th percentile for height and weight. He actually has now went to the 50th for weight and 80th for height. He is still a solid boy. He started sleeping with us again about 7 months ago when dad was out of town for work. I wanted to make sure he was safe with me. Well he never left so we bought a bigger bed. I love cuddling with him when we go to bed. He hugs me and tells me "Mom we love eachother so much." I can't explain how incredible I feel after he says that. Everything he says is genuine and amazing. He is very charming with his words. I know he's big to be sleeping with us but we don't mind and he loves laying in the middle of both of us. He'll outgrow it soon and I'll be sad.
Avabelle
Ava is 15 months right now and I love her so much. I remember before I had her I wondered if I could possibly have a girl and love her as much as my Anthony. But I sure did she was so precious and loving and slept with us until she was 7 months. She is incrediblly loving and very cudly. I couldn't have asked for a more sweet girl. Her temperment is funny she looks just like her dad but somehow acts just like her mom. She is really good at reading people for being so little, and wherever we go people make a huge deal of her. So much that when someone doesn't pay attention to her she doesn't know how to respond. She is charming and the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my whole life. I just can't stop staring at her and neither can all the grandparents. They feel the same about this sweet beautiful girl. Of course dads heart beats faster everytime she's around. I have never seen him adore anything so much as he does Avabelle, there is just something about the father daughter bond that is so special and priceless. She's a huge deal to me too, and I seem to cry everytime, "In My Daughters Eyes" by Martina McBride comes on the radio or "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder. A mother has so many dreams and ambitions for her baby girl. I love her more than words could possibly say, just like dad said, "She is the little girl I've always dreamed of." I have to agree with him.
First Entry
I am a mom who has a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter, and a terrific high school sweetheart husband. They are all my pride and joy. I never thought I could possibly be in love with all of them so much. It's a non-stop job that is worth every minute. Every age they turn I never want them to get older because they are so precious. Although it is pretty nice when they start doing things for themselves :-). The saying I try to live by is, "It is not how much you've done for your children in the end, but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings." I believe as a mom it is incredibly hard to let your children do for themselves and not do everything for them. I feel like I grow with them as they grow for themselves. I learn so much from them just as much as they learn from me. They teach me how important life is and how to be more happy, playful, and live life fully. I feel like I am a successful mother not because I am perfect but because I keep trying everyday. I also feel like having Tony as a husband is the most support I could have ever dreamed of. We are an amazing team that works very well together. Nothing is better than having someone who is on the same page as you when you're raising your children. It is the best feeling in the world. I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect life. We have so much love, respect and admiration for eachother. I had a friend come over and she told us that we all have so much love for eachother. I teared up thinking to myself that was the best compliment anyone has ever given me.
